At EY we are using FAQPlus V1.3 Our Service Adoption team has been having issues with AskMe (FAQplus) expert query extraction for a few months now and we are looking for assistance to resolve.
Every month, we connect to an Azure table to download the query data handled by the expert team. However, the table only provides data until September 2022 and displays an empty table for all other future months.
Is there any known issue with the reporting feature or any advice on how to troubleshoot/resolve?
