My fault, the correct procedure to enable multi-turn is to enable the checkbox of each answer "show in contextual flow only" in the knowledge base, save the changes, then publish the changes to the knowledge base by clicking deploy.

Hello, we have installed the latest version (v5 question answer) of FaqPlus in our Azure Tenant, and we observe that the multi-turn option does not work properly, clicking on any of the options of the question with multi-turn returns the answer "I didn' t find a matching answer for this question. Do you want me to ask an expert?"

This issue was present in the previous version, we expected it to be corrected in this new release.
