FAQPlus was working fine for a week but 2 nights ago it stopped responding. I've restarted the app service and still no go.
Looking at App Insights - I'm getting a 403 from the smba.trafficmanager.net endpoint. No changes were to the bot made prior to the issue. I'm thinking this is external factors.
