Manifest_admin.json file missing #39

There is a manifest_authors.json file - is that the correct one and the instructions need to be changed? Or is there a file missing?

It is not missing. You need to clone the GitHub repo and the file will be inside the Manifest folder.

I cloned the repo and do not see manifest_admin.json file.
