When I add the admin app I don't get the configuration options - just a message that the bot can't respond. The instructions in step 6.7 and 6.8 reference the variable id %botid% but that was never one of the variables the instructions told us to capture. Only %authorbotid% and %userbotid% and kb id. I am unclear which id's I should be using in these steps. If I go to the website https://stgroupconnect.azurewebsites.net/configtab I see the configuration screen that should come up.
