Hi @kh315 , Thanks for raising the query. Could you please share the deployment status of App service. Here is the reference.
Hi @gsv022 , how do I view that when I added the app via Teams store?
Hi @kh315 , In order to better understand the issue you're describing, could you please share a screenshot that supports your explanation?
As I understand it, once the app is added to a team, it will trigger the template automatically on a scheduled basis, and this communication will be one-way. Additionally, it seems that once the Icebreaker bot is added to a team, there is no need for any further configuration. If my understanding is incorrect, could you please clarify the matter for me?
Is there no way to edit the schedule? Also after I added this bot, no one in the team ever got paired. I also want to be able to exclude members from the pairings
Please share the repo url and branch that has been used for Icebreaker deployment
Like I said earlier, Icebreaker was added via the app store on Teams, so I don't know where the repo url and branch would be.
@kh315 , Please note that our support scope is very limited and can assist for the standard version of Icebreaker. Here is the link for Icebreaker official version. And the screenshots you shared are not part of our official version.
Please let us know if you have any queries with official version otherwise we can make it to closure.

Hi, I added Icebreaker to a team via Teams store, but every time I try and configure the bot, I receive a "There was a problem reaching this app" error with no other information. Is this a known issue/is there a fix for this?
