Icebreaker pairing and sending bot cards more than once a week

Hello,

I installed Icebreaker once in my team after our organization deployed it. However, it behaves in a pattern that I don't quite understand. On Monday, I received 3 matches with different people. But surprisingly, on Thursday, I received 3 other cards, even though the setting in Azure Logic App is set to Monday, as shown below:
