Good day friends,

I'd like to remove the validation for a second owner. However, this seems to have an impact on the workflow behind the scenes as it is expecting an account. Is there any documentation on adjusting the 2nd owner required field?

Updated the logic and initial default data load for cmbOwners combo boxes.
