Step 4.2 Get an error accessing this URL "https://[BaseResourceName]-config.azurewebsites.net" #25

I have followed all the steps before this and get an error at step 4.2. This is the error message that I get "403 Forbidden Request forbidden by administrative rules."

I added myself in the "Config Admin UPN List" while configuring the app. Not sure why I am getting this error.

Once I go to the URL, it prompts me to sign using my Work Credentials and then I land on the 403 Forbidden Request Page.

Kindly help!

Are you sure the identifier you provided in the list is your UPN?

I cannot find the "Config Admin UPN List". Has this been dropped from Azure? Is this still a necessary step? I'm getting the error, "The user does not have the proper permissions for this action. Please sign in with a valid user credentials."

Screen shots that I see have the "Config Admin UPN List" are no longer valid.

Either the "Config Admin UPN List" you entered is wrong or you have not login from the administrator credentials. Kindly check for the same.
