Visitors Management request: Location Greyed Out #9

I integrated the visitors management App as described in the deployment guide and i was able to do it smoothly. However, anytime users try to create Visitors request, the *Location tab is greyed out and drop down don't have any option. I will appreciate any help.

Any update on this? I am also unable to proceed as the location tab is greyed out and it is a mandatory field

Hi Olusola’s,

You will need to remove the sample branch and location on the Apps ..and then add yours while checking the branch list and octions

@akeemjagunna, I also having this issue. Kindly advise on how to remove the sample branch and location on the Apps...
