I am having difficulties getting the Workplace awards for Teams to work. I have followed the document and have had no success. I have deleted the original resource group and reinstalled following the document again.
I have the resource group in east 2 and it seems to have deployed successfully. When I try to use the app in team (Chat) I get “Unable to reach app. Please try again”.
When I use the url https://XXX.azurewebsites.net the page displays “Your app is running and waiting for you”.
When I use the url https://xxx.azurewebsites.net/config-tab the page displays “The resource has been removed, had its name changed or is temporarily unavailable”
When I try to use the award app from a teams channel I get a blank screen. When I choose to "Go to website" from the workplace award tab I get a "page not found" error
I have read through the incidents and resync -ed in the deployment center and reviewed the setting in the configuration they seem to be correct.
The resync seems to have worked successfully, I check the activity log in the service app and all list succeeded.
Can you suggest other areas to check to find the reason that the app has issues?
