FAQ Plus V2 Bot not responding correctly #101

Bot only responds with "Hello, I don't support bot commands in the Teams. Here is a quick tour of how I can help."

When clicking on the Team tour it displays the following;

It seems you are interacting with the FAQ Plus Experts team bot (works in team scope only). Here, the team members can only provide support by acting upon the notifications which are posted when an end user submits a query to expert team. It does not support any command in team scope.

Have you installed the FAQ Plus end user app which works in personal scope? It support bot commands and one can ask the bot a question and the bot responds with an answer if it's in the knowledge base. If not, you can submit a query to expert team.
