Adding bot menu commands #50

Bot menu commands are added in the manifest, and their descriptions are also written as outlined in the spec on slide 8.

Commands are:

Ask an expert - 1:1 chat with an expert
Share feedback - Send feedback
Take a tour - Tour of key features
