This PR addresses the following items:

Added in place update activity card with a warning message when required fields are not filled by the users.
Modified the Share feedback card: added a rating drop down and made rating as mandatory action to the user.
Removed all N/ A strings: omitting the optional fields in UI, when user has not entered any text in the text boxes.
