teamSitePath and teamSiteUrl are incorrect on android for private channel

In the teams context, the fields teamSitePath and teamSiteUrl should be set to the path to the team's underlying SharePoint site. They are set properly in the desktop client and web clients.

But on the mobile android client, for a private channel: the fields are set to the main site instead. If you have a teams tab app installed in a private channel, it gets an incorrect site on mobile.

Reproducible with Android client.

This must be a bug because there is no other way to get the team/channel SharePoint site, and it's correct on desktop and iOS

@sayali-MSFT Same problem appears when adding a new Tab on mobile to a channel/group. The fields teamSitePath and teamSiteUrl are not set in the context that is passed to the tab (on desktop/web they are)

When the tab is already configured (using desktop/web), then these fields are present in the context
