After updating organisationally deployed app icon disappears #2391

We noticed this issue ages ago and then it went away and now it seems to be back

If I have an organisational app deployed via Teams admin center, updating the version number makes it lose its icon

Nothing done other than deploying the same app with a new version number

@catmanjan - We checked this at our end and we are not able to repro this issue. The app icon is still there even after updating the app.
