I followed the readme to setup the sample project, till I reach this step,

I am using Apps->upload a custom app -> choose the Manifest.zip -> Add to a meeting -> search and select meeting ->click setup.

I got an error message "Manifest parsing has failed". and reference me to aka.ms/teamsdocs, which is not helpful.

My manifest is attached. Thanks
