[PowerPoint] Enable/Disable on PowerPoint is not working properly. #3340

Expected Behavior

All users should be able to see Enable/Disable work the same way

the picture below is expected. the Enable/Disable button works correctly. MicrosoftTeams-image (21)

Current Behavior

Some users are facing issues with Enable/Disable button not working properly. even users reinstalling the latest version of PowerPoint did not resolve the issue. Screenshot_1
