Outlook Web Addin not triggering on send event when when user send the mail using saved msg file. #3681

Outlook Web Addin not triggering on send event when when user send the mail using saved msg file.

Repro Steps :

Steps: Draft any mail. save as msg file. open the msg file. enter recipients. click on send.

Expected result: Outlook Web Addin tool should come.

Actual result: Mail is getting sent without Addin validation and Web Addin send event is not triggering .

Can you please confirm which platform are you using, is it Outlook Web/Outlook Mac/Outlook Desktop or New Outlook?

Thanks for reporting this issue regarding .msg files. It has been put on our backlog. We unfortunately have no timelines to share at this point
