Access custom spam reporting features in other menus #4569

Provide required information needed to triage your issue

We would like to access our own Spam reporting add-in in menus instead of built-in ones

Your Environment

Outlook web(probably same on other platforms)

Expected behavior

Custom spam repoting add-in being used in other menus than Ribbon

Current behavior

When using menus other than the ribbon, outlook uses the built-in spam reporting tool and not the custom one, which leads to different behaviours depending where user started the action from.

Steps to reproduce

Install a custom spam reporting add-in, like the contoso example. See that it appears well in the ribbon. See that it's different one when you right click on a mail or click on "..."/"Report"

Provide additional details

I'm not sure if it's a feature request or a bug but it looks essential as a Spam reporting add-in provider

Thanks for reporting this issue regarding spam reporting. It has been put on our backlog. We unfortunately have no timelines to share at this point
