Office 365 Add-Ins are working, while they are not working in the New Outlook and Web Outlook. #4675

We have created customized web add-ins, and the web application is deployed on our server. However, when trying in the new Outlook, it gives an error.

Error: Add-in Error Something went wrong and we couldn't start this add-in. Please try again later or contact your system administrator.

Your Environment

Expected behavior

Web add ins should work same like office 365. Because in office 365 is working properly.

Steps to reproduce

  1. From Inbox > Select one message
  2. Click Apps icon image
  3. Select the customized web add ins

@fergeeno-valeriano Are you able to load addin in Classic outlook? If yes, please share the addin code that we can host and try to reproduce.
