Removed gulp-util from main dev dependencies
Updated dependencies that had gulp-util as child dependency but removed it in a newer version.
Removed gulp-handlebars-compile and copied code into gulp/modules/HandlebarsCompile.js minus the gulp-util child dependency
Converted and cleaned up some of the gulp build code.
