Accessibility: Can't navigate to menu elements using keyboard (no way to keyout of code editor) #594

Expected Behavior

All ScriptLab menu options should be accessible via keyboard

Current Behavior

Currently each snippets sets the default cursor to be in the code. This has the side effect of being unable to tab

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Install Script lab and open in Excel
  2. Try to use keyboard to navigate within ScriptLab

Issue: [HighImpact]Same Issue is reproducible In Excel-Win32 and Entry point page, User is Not able to access all controls in Ribbon, Header, Navigation area and Footer using keyboard . User is Not able to access all controls in Ribbon, Header, Navigation area and Footer in scan mode (Caps lock + space) to activate and up/Down arrows keys to navigate and same in Items mode(Caps Lock +Right/Left Arrow keys)

Test Environment: OS Build: 16299.19 Browser: Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0 Excel-Win 32 version- 16.0.8801.1000
