Failed to get login account token from cache. You could try signing out and signing back in to your Azure Account using Teams Toolkit tree view or command palette

Sorry for the inconvenience! I advise you to log out of your Azure account and then log back in to ensure a smooth authentication process. By doing this, you may be able to resolve this issue and continue with your work uninterrupted.

And can I know your Teams toolkit version and Azure account extension version?

And you may try using the command palette (Azure: Select Subscriptions) to check if your Azure account has subscriptions.
