Markdown issues in the AI Assistant Bot template #10769

Some sections of the markdown render too dark to read with dark themes in VS Code.

The code formatting for some sections is broken:

@therealjohn - it seems not a TTK issue. Could you please share your VSCode version and all installed extensions list?

Tried on my side and looks good under all themes: readme2

BTW, I'm using VSCode 1.85.2 with installed extensions (run command code --list-extensions can get the list):
