Template missing for SSO auth flow that supports teams, office 365 and outlook and "open in browser" .Net 8 Blazor #11654

To develop a tab app that supports authentication with Microsoft Entra ID mutliple authentication flows need to be implemented to enable the SSO in teams, office 365 and outlook and teams tab >"open in browser". The shipped sample / template code only covers tab apps running inside teams context

Describe the solution you'd like

Please provide a complete sample application running Blazor .Net 8 that enables authentication / consent handling in all supported environments.

Describe alternatives you've considered migration of following sample to blazor .net 8 https://github.com/OfficeDev/Microsoft-Teams-Samples/tree/main/samples/tab-sso/csharp/TeamsTabSSO
