README for multi tenancy support has dead links. #12320

Describe the bug The README on multi tenancy support for Microsoft Entra app has dead links. This README is linked in the how-to guides and many samples of the Teams Toolkit.

This makes it hard to implement an integral part of any Teams app.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://github.com/OfficeDev/teams-toolkit/wiki/Multi-tenancy-Support-for-Microsoft-Entra-app'
  2. Click on 'the link in step 2 for example' (but there are many more)
  3. 404

Expected behavior The links to work.
