Hi @devanihiren , seems TTK failed to installed yo locally in.fx folder under your home directory when adding web parts. Could you please help check the SPFx version you're using in your project(you could find that in .yo-rc.json) and the one that is locally installed under .fx\bin\spGenerator? You could also remediate the problem by installing yo & @microsoft/generator-sharepoint globally(SharePoint generator version should be the same with the one you're using in your project).
