update the readme for production installation

Thanks for the pull request. I think it looks good but I'm looking in to what the process (hopefully none) is for taking pull requests. Will update the request once I learn more.

Do you mind resubmitting this pull request? I finally figured out the process and once you do so an automated system should kick in which will help with the process.
