Xblock crashing intermittently #9

We have found several instances in Open Edx when the xblock failed to play the video and crashed instead. Can you suggest what might be the reason? It is working fine on the same browser in other machines but crashed on others' machines. This is happened atleast 5-6 times in the past few weeks. Thanks. Please find the screenshot attached.

Do you mind sharing what browser you're using? We had some media playback issues with Firefox recently that we were looking in to.

It was happening on Chrome for one user and with FF for another. When I viewed it on my Chrome or FF, it was working fine.

Do you mind emailing us at support@officemix.uservoice.com with the above? That's our usual support channel and it'll help get some people on our end involved who can dig in and see why it isn't playing.
