Vault Door can be broken easily #43

Apparently people can break into the Vault with ease, and if I recall correctly, the vaults were supposed to be hyper secure against nuclear bombs and radiation and stuff. Also, the outside door control should be reworked so only Vault members can enter (Pip-boy?). Or that only people from the inside can open the outside door.

The door should be able to get repaired by adding a sheet of plasteel (metal) to it, and then using a welding tool to increase it's integrity after some time. This should take a bit of time to happen, since you'd have to add plasteel one by one in between welding.

Also, you should be able to see how damaged the door is. Maybe through an examination.
