Is there a program that converts midi's into the playable notes?

Not that I know of, since the notes are created by myself I would not expect existing solutions to work with my notes. I don't have enough knowledge about how midi works to create such a tool myself, but it should be possible if the tool could export the midi in a compatible save format.
