Set spray can colour #30

Allow spawned spray cans to spawn using the configured colour (suggested by tranzistor4)

Also allow spray can colours to be copied and pasted via the colour picker

No easy way of applying spray colour on spawn as we're using the game spawn method which doesn't return the object
