according to user Antsan: To reproduce click on the top-right button, then Settings > Profile Info The menu closes, and all the buttons become kind of unresponsive. The top-right menu doesn't open anymore, and the buttons in the menu to the left still change the URL on click, but the site itself somehow still shows the same screen as before.
