[40d16] Phantom Dwarves Shown in List #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Outpost Liason was injured, took long enough to get off the map that he
went stark raving mad. 
2. Refreshed Dwarf Therapist shortly after.
3. Haven't tried a new game to repeat, it might be hard to do.
Restarting Dwarf Therapist fixed the list display.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Dwarf Liason is
listed in the list (expected bug). My starting seven dwarfs are migration
Wave 10, and I have waves 2-9 filled with random dwarfs with random skills.
I have yet to get a wave a migrants in game. 100 extra dwarfs total are in
the list, with random skill levels up to 11.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Using
the 0.4.2 on Win7.

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

Moving what was once planned for 0.5.0 to 0.5.1, since 0.5.0 will be released 
once all old functionality is working on 0.31.01

Flags are different for 0.31.x series (mostly the same but different). The DT 
0.4.x 
series is deprecated, so I'm closing this.
