New "Group By" Option For Total Skill Levels #180

Sorting by legendary/non-legendary is nice, but I'd also like a few other
ways of sorting by skill:

1) Use each dwarf's highest skill for sorting.
2) Sort by a particular skill.
2) Use the sum of their skills for sorting (with an option to ignore skills
below a certain level).

This would help with figuring out which dwarfs need more training, which
have had enough training, which ones you want to import preferred materials
for in case they have a mood, and probably other things.

You currently can sort by a dwarf's skill level (ascending or descending) by
clicking
on the skill name. This is different than the Group By "Legendary Status"
(though
the skill sort works there also). Would that meet your needs for #1 and #2?

Regarding #3, it sounds like you're looking for a new Group By option that
would be
nodes like "Insanely Skilled", "Highly Skilled", ... , "Slightly Skilled" and
"Unskilled". This would use a summary of their skill levels, I would think.
Is that
what you're looking for approximately?

From the original post I think he's talking about "grouping by" and not so much
"sorting
by"

I agree a group by highest level range may be more useful than the "Legends vs
Losers"
grouping that was really meant to just be tongue in cheek.

A total skill-levels grouping can be done and would be useful.

As for the other options mentioned, new tickets should be made for them
separately.
