List Military Skills For Non-Military Dwarves

Now that migrants arrive with an occasional random smattering of military
skills, I'd really love to be able to see who has what BEFORE I draft so I
know who the best candidates are.

You can see some of this information by making a gridview and adding the 
military
skills to it.
Attached is the export of the gridview I use for military.  Some of the columns 
don't
work yet in this version as they are left over from 40d, but all the important 
skills
are visible.
You can import it into DT via the File menu.

Thanks, the gridview seems to work fine. I wasn't even aware you could make a 
custom
one (and even now I'm not totally clear on how to do it), but this tells me 
what I
need to know.

Thanks, I was also looking for something like this.  Hopefully something gets 
added to the default set at some point.

But only with columns that work on 0.31.xx
