Wont connect with liaison on map.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wait for liaison
2. Connect therapist between 1st and 2nd liaison screen ( can still assign
labors through reg interface)

What is the expected output?
40 odd dwarves and their labors.

What do you see instead?
An error:
Unable to talk to Dwarf Fortress
Dwarf Fortress has either stopped running, or you unloaded your game please
reconnect when a fort is loaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DF 0.31.04 
DT 0.5.2
WinXP PRO Sp3

This is a duplicate of issue 243. Thought it was liaison.

I'll mark it as a dupe. As someone else said, it's either the liaison, the 
caravan,
or something else completely different. It also sounds very similar to issue 
232 and
issue 233, notably by "Found 0 dwarves out of 1 creatures", almost as if the 
creature
vector got moved elsewhere (or something similarly weird happened).
