Bow, not Lasher #290

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When a dwarf immigrant arrives with the foreign weapon skill in Bow, Dwarf 
Therapist lists this as ranks in Lasher.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Skill should be listed as Bow.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Df2010 (0.31.12), Therapist vr 0.6.2

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

I notice a similar problem in version 6.4, under linux, playing with dwarf 
fortress 0.31.16. In the "Military" tab, when I look what is displayed in the 
popup when I point on a (dwarf, skill) cell, I observe the following 
inconsistencies between column heads and skills displayed in the popup:
- the column "Pikeman" displays the skill "Lasher";
- the column "Lasher" displays the skill "Bowman";
- the column "Bowman" displays the skill "Blowgunner";
- the column "Blowgunner" displays the skill "Thrower";
- there is no column "Thrower", and I don't find a column displaying the skill 
"Pikeman", at least in the military tab.

Seems to be a slight disconnect between the etc/game_data.ini information and 
the default_gridviews.dtg information.

Patch for the four columns listed here.  (To see the change, you'll need to 
either recompile or use a custom gridview.)
