Toggle all labors in category via single right-click instead of via right-click menu #303

In the labor view, you can currently toggle an entire category of labors by 
right-clicking and then choosing a "toggle all" option from a dropdown/popup 
menu. I believe that this "toggle all" feature is the only option that appears 
on said menu, so it would be nice to have an option to be able to bypass that 
menu and instead require only the right-click itself to toggle the entire 
category.

I do understand that the dropdown/popup is probably a safety feature to make it 
harder to accidentally clobber your settings. If this is a concern, then 
requiring something like shift+right-click would still be preferable to a 
dropdown/popup menu.
