Fighter/ Dodger is mixed up in military Tab #312

The fighter and dodger designations seem to be mixed up in the military tab. 
Danger rooms cause the fighting skill to increase quickly while dodging 
increases slowly. The percentage ability seen in Dwarf Detail seem to be 
correct and opposite the indicators in the military tab.
