The ability to put all people in a custom profession back to default labors. #315

This is specifically for military use, but I assume it could have other uses.   
When my military comes off of a patrol it messes up the hauling and other 
labors, having a way to click on the group and instantly reset their labors 
back to default for that profession type would be handy.
