I'd like to assign jobs to dwarves with suitable skills.

For this, Dwarf Therapist could be very helpful with a little addition:

- optionally paint the border of the entry for a job in a color that indicates 
overall job fitness based on the average skill level of the required skills 
(see http://df.magmawiki.com/index.php/Intuition#Labor_skills). 

For example, a red border shows very low skills and a green one a high skill 
level. 

- in the tooltip of the job entry, show the job relevant skills with their 
values.

I just reinvented that very same ID. Dwarf counselor may be useful, but it is 
not quite easy to use. Including that idea to the interface of DwarfTherapist 
would make it so much more powerful.
