Edit filter scripts menu item not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Scripting->Edit Filter Scripts...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a submenu listing current filter scripts.  A tiny 2x1(ish) 
pixel grey box appears in the in the top right corner of the Edit Filter 
Scripts menu item when the submenu should pop out.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.10 on Win7 x64.

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-game.
Bug doesn't seem to affect DF itself.

I used this feature for the first time and i found the exact same bug (OS, 
version, everything). I'm adding my log too, hope it helps.
