Dwarf Therapist cannot connect to DF #328

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a new game of Dwarf Fortress. Pause the game once loaded.
2. Start Dwarf Therapist. It won't auto connect when it loads.
3. Hit the connect button and it will say "connected to unknown version." Then 
try clicking the Read Dwarves button and the program will crash.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Phoebus_31_25v12 on Windows XP

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist when 
this error occurred.

It's attached.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-game.

It appears that you are running without the updated memory layouts for 31.25.

Download the two files that I've attached to my comment, then put them in the 
\etc\memory_layouts\windows within your dwarf therapist directory.  This should 
allow your DT to work with 31.25
