Read the memory data from /etc #349

With this patch the program will read the data files from /etc/dwarftherapist 
instead of the current directory. Together with the patch for the log file path 
from #344 this eliminates the need for hacks with ln and chmod present in the 
current debian/{postinst,prerm} and reduces the amount of work needed to create 
a proper distro package for the program.
For this to work you also need to fix the install part of dwarftherapist.pro 
and remove cd invocation from dist/dwarftherapist.

I've missed game_data.ini, this is the correct patch.
