Display number of dwarfs assigned to a profession #356

Please consider adding number of dwarfs assigned to a particular labor in grid 
headers. 

With dwarf numbers growing it's easy to overlook the fact that a dwarf who was 
the only, say glazier, was lost and glazing task will never be completed.

With numbers in headers it would be easy to spot orphaned professions as well 
as overcrowded ones.
