Dwarves not doing their jobs and dropping equipment for no reason. #360

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Custom Profession.
2. Commit Changes.
3. Go back to Dwarf Fortress.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: Dwarves accept new job changes and start working.
What I see: Dwarves drop their equipment and refuse to work until their jobs 
are re-instated via the in-game menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dwarf Fortress 0.31.25
Dwarf Therapist 0.6.10

This is most likely due to the recheck_equipment flag being incorrect in the 
memory layout. Should be fixed for 0.34.x
