[MAC] Cannot set custom profession name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose a dwarf
2. Command click, Custom Professions > Set Profession name
3. Enter a name, click OK
4. Click "Commit Changes"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the profession should be renamed to the new profession.

Instead: nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.6.11, OS X Lion 

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

For the record, this is also occurring in the posted Mac-bundled beta build, 
0.6.12b03. Also running OS X Lion.
