Sort options and renaming #375

Would it be possible to add a way to rename my dwarfs 

Could you make the skills at the top clickable so that you can click on a skill 
to bring all the dwarfs set to use the skill to the top of the list followed by 
the dwarfs with the skill in order from best at to no skill.

Can you mark which ones are your nobles and posably reasign the noble tags
